It's hilarious to see OSU get upset when the reason that there are no longer restrictions on transfers and you can now transfer an unlimited number of times is because Ohio AG Dave Yost sued the NCAA saying that restricted player's earning potential and the NCAA caved.

We gave him exactly what he asked for. We gave Walter Nolan a mill but don’t know about anybody else. He didn’t want to be here pretty simple. Acting like we didn’t pay is again retarded but you seem that way congrats

There are reports from multiple fan bases saying he wanted more money and Ole Piss wasn't giving him more. He wanted at least 1mil and they wouldn't pay that much for a RB. It is that simple. You can tell yourself whatever you want though.
