I really like D.j Foster for ASU, think he becomes a star in a year or two, but Oregon rolls by double digits tonight

I don't think it'll happen. But Thursday night games are fricking weird, man.

You mean 16-0

@ ASU, Thursday night...and the Sun Devils are criminally underrated at #24 in the polls. Top 10 defense I believe and above-average scoring offense.
You should do more than just look at where their stats rank. They haven't played a top 50 offense yet. That matters.

Seems like they have a pretty good team but I can't see where they're criminally underrated when Missouri may well be the best team they've played so far and they lost that one.
That said, I think they're good enough to make Oregon sweat it out tonight if they get some breaks to go their way.
I'd still predict that Oregon is beyond capable of taking care of business and will roll easily by a couple of TDs.
Oregon 43
Ariz St 20

wait they lost to Mizzou?
Anyaway, those Thursday night games are always tricky, they have chance if Oregon doesn't blow them out of the gates early in the first quarter.

ASU has zero chance in hell to upset Oregon tonight. They have not beaten a team with a winning record in FBS and there only loss is to a Mizzou with a losing record.

I wish we got to play Arizona State. Especially if it's considered one of the toughest games on your schedule.

Please let ASU win. I'm tired of the bs Oregon talk year after year.

This.
Keep in mind ASU lost to Mizzou in the first game without Franklin too

Right, I just look up stats...please, dude...the Pac is the one conference I watch completely week in and week out...I've watched them play...and they've improved since that Mizzou game...it's not about "just looking up stats."
ASU a solid team that's being completely ignored (ergo the responses on this board)...and when it comes to who have they played...well, hell look at Oregon's schedule...people watch highlights and assume they're so far ahead of the Pac this year which has some quality teams.
I will be surprised if Oregon blows them out like so many assume (but probably haven't watched most Pac 12 games.)

Vegas is betting it's close. Line opened at UO -10.5 and about 3/4 of the money has come in on the Ducks, yet the line has dropped to -8. Nearly identical reverse line movement as the USC/Stanford upset earlier this season...

i think it will close too. upset possible, but im not calling it.

Who has said that? You are probably mistaken that for them saying the toughest game to date.

its hard for me to see Oregon loses coming off a bye
Sometimes coming off a bye is a bad thing and leads to rust.

Under Chip Oregon is 5-0 after a bye week.
2009
@Udub 43-19
OSU 37-33
2010
UCLA 60-13
Zona 48-29
2011
Cal 43-15
Before anyone wonders why they had 2 bye weeks it was because the PAC wanted to play a game the same day as the conference championship games.
Last time Oregon lost after a bye was in 2007 when Chip was the OC. That was the game Dennis Dixon went down with that season ending knee injury at Zona.
If you don't know it, Oregon practices very fast and gets in more reps every practice than they do in a game. Kind of hard to get rusty when you practice like they do.
