I'm all for the guy being kicked off the team, but he shouldn't be arrested for that. If he had made it into the crowd and started throwing punches I would agree, but not for that.

Definitely not worse than Artest, but the NCAA is going to be way more strict about this stuff than NBA, NFL, and especially MLB and NHL.

So athletes are allowed to commit assault and battery and shove fricking police officers. If I was the officer who got shoved, the fricker would've been tazed on ESPN.
