All the guys that opt out, will be at their respective college’s pro day.

Some of yall are like emotional teenagers about shite that has literally zero impact on your lives.

Thoughts on this?

If you are too important to play in the game then you are probably too important to be allowed to stand on the sidelines.

Imagine the arrogance to think your worth is so much more important than your teammates that you cannot strap it on and play with them but you are almighty enough to stand on the sideline and cheer for the people you feel have lesser value than you.

I think it’s weird but if the team is cool with it why should it bother you?

Only fans feel this way. Coaches and players get it.

I guarantee you the coaches don’t “get it”.

They just have been handcuffed on what they can say publicly about it.

The sideline interview with the two players who opted out for ND was pathetic. They acted like it they were hero’s and said “We knew you wouldn’t miss this game for the world!” If that’s true they would be playing.

This is precisely why our society is getting more and more screwed up.

Too many don’t believe in responsibility accountability, and loyalty.

I think their scholarships should be yanked

I will a step much further. If they opt out then they are not draft eligible for the upcoming NFL Draft!!!

Quitters!!

The school they play at gave them the chance to shine and show off their talents to the pro scouts and coaches to be able to be drafted, and the fan base supported them, their teammates were there for them to help them shine, then they hauled arse and abandoned their brothers. But, maybe not if in the playoffs!! LOL

Where was all this opting out in the 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, 2010's until just recently 2018 then big time around Covid. Quitters!!!

Say what you want about Bama, they lose their transfers from the bowl, but 2 OF THE BEST PLAYERS IN THE NCAA, who are declaring in Young and Anderson Jr., both will play in their bowl game. I commend them as real men who will play the last game with their teammates and show the ultimate appreciation for their school. These guys might both go top 5 and Anderson #1.

Lesson for all those bowl quitting primadona's

Opting out to train for combine = “graduated from football” and it is ok to move on, cheer from sideline in street clothes, etc.

Skipping the bowl or a regular season game and expecting to play some more in the future = quitting the team and forfeiting your scholarship.
