Georgia is supposed to be playing UCLA at the Rose Bowl the same day Ole Miss is at the Coliseum.

Should easily break the record for most oversized fishing shirts in a single day in LA.

Does GA have the right laws to allow UCLA to play? Or is that the return game only the GA laws matter?

USC has sunk to Ole Miss’ level as a program so this make sense they would play each other.

United Airlines field

What a disgrace that a stadium that has hosted two olympics and was built to honor WWI veterans has a corporate name

Just the field is named for SC games. The stadium is still LA Memorial Coliseum

Still disgraceful. It'd be one thing if they sold the naming rights to lower student tuition, but instead it'll just pad some administrators and coaches salaries. Maybe it'll pay for some lavish practice facility.

USC is private, so I don't have their financial stats. So, I'll use UCLA for comparison. How is it that UCLA can make $130M in athletics revenue in 2018 compared to $66M in 2008, and yet they lost close to $20M on athletics in 2019?

These schools are fraught with wasteful expenses and mismanagement. Their cash grabs shouldn't be excused unless it helps reduce the average student's costs. Instead most athletics departments are proped up by the average student.

They have endowments for every starter. But you know they pay rent, union stuff, security etc out of that money they get. I have no problem with them selling naming rights. It’s how business is done. I mean Carrier started this with Syracuse (which is private). Private schools aren’t getting tax money like Alabama is to upkeep the stadium.

He should troll them by getting LSU to keep one of those days open, so he can be a guest in the studio.
