Agreed. I can’t think of anything like this. Maybe Miami in the early 80s.

nobody is accountable for their own actions. even fat people who refuse to properly diet or exercise. it's McDonald's fault, not yours.

If Smart was hired by Indiana two years ago, would he have accomplished as much?

Hard to say

But you guys are saying he's the best coach in the country with just a 2 year sample size . Kirby has a decade-long track record. He's a great coach, but he's not better than Kirby, at least not yet.

Did Saban ever make a prediction on this game?

It seemed clear to me he was leaning Indiana but I missed if he ever called it

Bama may not even get 3 more possessions. IU is about to control the ball and run it out at will

I grew up near Louisville, back in the 80’s and 90’s. IU was on equal footing with Kentucky- just average, mediocre football. Louisville was working on the foundation of being a major program with Schnellenberger in charge. IU had some 7-8 win teams under Bill Mallory.

I never thought I’d see the day that Indiana would be a title contender.

It's about how he feels in the morning!

I guarantee he feels like crap. I know because when I eat crap I feel like crap. And that dude can lose my entire body weight and still be morbidly obese.

What the frick was that weight commercial?
At the end, it said something like it takes strength to talk about health. I thought if that's true, big ol' baw needs to get under a barbell and maybe add a little muscle to go along with that mound of fat.

Is it good for college football that every playoff game has been terrible?

I don’t think all these blowouts are an argument to expand it

So many “BaMa Is FrEe MoNeY” threads this week from the casuals bama frickin blows. They’ve had their worst rushing offense since the pre Saban era this year and teams have moved the ball on them all year. OU pissed all over their leg last week to let them back in the game. Indiana has a heisman winner and the best coach in the league. Hoosiers were a lock

Crazy that a dysfunctional Penn State was a miracle play away from beating Indiana.

Yeah but at Oregon and with a pick 6.

I lost $$ on that game and watched every play. Indiana was way better

He called Bama during GameDay and reiterated in pre game show.

Unlike Oklahoma, IU has an offense. And quite frankly probably an even better defense. I know the idea of Indiana being the best team in the country is so mind blowing to college football fans that they have to think it's some kind of fluke and they'll get exposed soon. But it's not a fluke. Indiana just really is that good. If this season went play for play, opponent for opponent, but they had a script A on their helmets instead of the IU logo, no one would question it or find it hard to believe

We are seeing the birth of the new Death Star of college football and it’s the Hoosiers ?!?!
