Helps when you see the snap and fake before you call timeout.

A lot of gut punches in a row for Ohio State

-the targeting overturned but lose your best WR
-the 4th down stop that wasn’t
-the PI that gets taken off for tip
-the first down fake punt taken away with TO

…long TD pass

Oof. All they needed was to run clock and everything went against them

I mean he started screaming seconds before but you can also just create alternate realities

man thats the toughest throw and catch in football.

dude was so insanely wide open it would have been easy for either of them to screw that up thinking ahead to the TD.

Many people wont agree but you’re right. Sometimes the hardest plays are the easiest

Then what's the rule? If a runner is running near the sideline but both legs are in bounds and he holds his arm out then is he ruled out?

He’ll be out of bounds wherever the ball went out of bounds and he was also out of bounds.

Think about that like it was a TD instead of a first down. If the ball goes outside of the pylon but you hit your head on the pylon while going out of bounds, it’s not a TD.

You can establish yourself with possession of the ball past the first down and then come back to it, like you can with a TD, but if you’re airborne and going out of bounds, forward progress is the last spot the ball was in bounds.

He wasn't airborne though. His hand was on the ground

Yep, otherwise he would have been short. It was a great play.
