Yeah and they have a decent coach in Larry Coker. I just don't think the 19 starters they return were all that great of football players to begin with. I can see not liking Houston. I just can't really see liking UTSA enough to play them is all. Big difference in the two.

Short Answer: Advanced Statistics.

Long Answer: UTSA is a pretty confident bunch returning 19 starters who rattled off 5 straight wins to end the season last year. Houston is 4-10 last two seasons when giving up 150+ rushing yards. UTSA seems to somewhat found their identity running the ball halfway through the year last season (First 6 Games 31 carries for 131 yards average, Last 6 Games 40 carries for 217 yards average.) Yes some of that had to do with the level of competition they were playing. I feel like when UTSA has the ball their Veteran Offensive Line will be able to control the line of scrimmage and they will run the ball with some success. I think they keep it close enough to keep it within the 10.5

I'm jumping on this. Bowling Green returns too much on offense and will give the WKU secondary fits.

All of this. BGSU will hang 35 points minimum IMO.

What do you like better: BYU TT O 33 or BGSU TT O 35. I haven't done much research on BYU but I know BGSU will score on a weak WKU secondary.

BYU slightly more because I think they have a tremendous advantage on the line of scrimmage and will be able to do whatever they want.

Only thing that scares me is the fact that BYU has lost it's last 4 opening road games.

Yea I saw they return all their OLine, along with stud QB and the RB. Offense will be clicking no doubt about it. UConn is weak in the front seven. My only concern is that BYU won't be efficient enough to score 33 points, not sure how they rank in offensive efficiency and if both teams are running the ball then the game length is dramatically reduced.

Do you not recall the beat down they gave Texas last year?

haha yea, I remember that game. Always great to see UT get demolished. Good point.

Just realized the line jumped on BYU TT from 33 to 35. I went ahead and put down a unit for BYU TT O 35 anyways.

UTSA returns 19 starters from a team that wasn't very good and lost to UH by 31 at home last year. Brand new stadium opens tonight for Houston and they return a ton of starters from a defense that led the nation in turnovers last year.
