You cannot judge a win or a loss of a tournament on one swing out of 268. He played very well for 4 days. He can call it "lucky", but the fact is that he hit it a groove high and pulled it a bit. It worked out great for him -- probably better than had he hit the shot he intended. Rub of the green.

ETA: There wasn't another player in the field who hit driver, 9 iron to less than 2 feet on 16.

Sucks for Rickie that he has to wait another 8 months for another major shot, but he'll win won eventually.
