Correct, I literally commented on that a couple of pages ago.

Also more at 11 - Bednar is fricked.

The Ducks were an inch away from taking a 3-2 series lead against this Vegas team, which seems wild to me now.

Tough blow on injuries for the Avs. They just don't look the same while the Golden Knights are peaking.

Agreed with the posters saying that tying goal was bullshite, because it was.

Appreciate that but I don't expect the sweep. Knights have a history of winning the Campbell Bowl and closing out series on opposing ice. I certainly wouldn't mind breaking that trend Tuesday night.

I'm with you on the Habs - Hurricanes series. I think they split the 2 games at Montreal and it becomes a 7 game war...and I think that suits the Habs.

Are you from the South? How did you become a Canadiens fan?

A lot of kids were Patrick Roy fans back in the early 90's.

Nichuskin hurt as well. This thing takes a lot of luck, it’s not going the Avs way.

Bednar being successful one year out of 9 years when we’ve been one of the favorites to win it all? Only twice out of the second round?

Change incoming.

The first year I started really following hockey was 95-96 year.

Huge Roy fan here.
Which is why I follow the Avs to this day.

Also
Vegas is just a better team than the Avs period.

yup.

same way i became a braves and celtics fan. watching on TV.

braves on WTBS all summer

celtics were always on CBS sunday games in the 80s and my father was a huge C's fan.

habs? 93 cup run sold me. i fell asleep most nights they were playing on that run only to be woke up with a huge OT win.

remember we had no MLB, NHL or NBA teams here. only NFL. the jazz left new orleans before i got into basketball as a child.

TNT does a much better job than ESPN. The pregame hype for this game has been given it's due time. The post game show goes for as long as it needs to.

ESPN just crams the game in with a short pregame, The Point, which isn't near as good, and little to no post game. TNT has the crew on site, ESPN is a studio show.

TNT product is so much better.

Oh, the irony. Two American boys make a play to tie the game for the Habs.

I guess I’m old school, but surprised the Habs let Walker off the ice.
