Do you realize these guys make millions of dollars and watch hundreds hours of tape to make these decisions? Sure some miss, but a lot less than you armchair critics.
It's laughable to even call into question these decisions- let them play out.
It's like a bunch of plant hands commenting on the selection of a CEO for a Fortune 1000 company. Enjoy the process, most of us will get it wrong, hell most of ESPN has blown it and these guys are infinitesimal more qualified than all of us.
