Davis is having a great combine. A little sloppy on the zigzag drill but other than that he's looked great.

there is a reason this qualifier is used. it's a single hand-timed 40. did you see how different the hand-times were today compared to the electronic times? did you read how many scouts had hand-times in the sub-4.2 range (for 40s that were in the mid 4.3s in electronic timing)?

What is the reason for alot of them not benching. Do they do it outside of the combine to save energy for the other events? I would be kind of spooked by a DL or lb refusing to bench-press.

I think most of the ones that don't want to do it in their own weight room at their pro day. A little extra time to work on that particular discipline. Also they may be injury prone and don't want to do something that will kill the rest of their combine.
