I wouldn’t say they have a easy schedule it’s just not as hard as some.

They should have gotten beat by Vanderbilt who just got hammered by South Carolina

In order of who will be their toughest games

Stanford
USC
VT
Syracuse
Navy
Pitt
FSU
Northwestern

Does a one loss Bama team get in over an undefeated ND team?

Depends to who and how they lost, but I’d think not over ND in this scenario. Possibly still in though depending on the field.
Are any 4 of ND, LSU/UGA, Ohio St, Clemson, OU, Stanford unbeaten? If so, Bama is likely out. Unless they’re still SEC Champion

I would think 1-loss SEC champion Alabama is in 100% of the time. Now if they shite the bed and aren't the SEC West champs, I think not (assuming you have undefeated Power 5 champs to go along with Notre Dame)

That schedule is plenty good enough to get them in if they win out.

Why would their lack of conference championship matter? They are not in a conference? Would Alabama's lack of a Big10 championship hurt them?

Good. One less spot for an 11-1 Alabama team to sneak into the playoffs after LSU, Clemson and Ohio State all run the able.

If Ohio state and Alabama can get in without even playing a conference championship AND losing a game, why would an undefeated ND not make it in?

Money is all that matters and ND is a big brand

Playoff committee better not be asleep at the wheel with this. ESPN is going to do their part in getting them in the discussion.

They didnt lack balls, its just some teams suck this year

only Florida state can't beat our lady.

They are not great.

Stanford should beat them

Michigan might.

Northwestern thinks they can.

No idea about va tech.

They will win out and get plastered by someone. Just like 2012.

After seeing that game, I contended they should make a sequel to Rudy.

Rudy's little brother (we will call him Ralphy) goes through some similar inspirational hard knocks story. Fast forward to champ game between ND and Bama. Bama goes up early. Ralphy gets ready to go in, we see flashbacks of Rudy giving him brotherly advice. Lots of metaphysical bullshite and what not.

Ralphy goes into the game. First play a Bama player literally rips his head clean off. Blood showers onto fellow Notre Dame players. The dismembered head flies onto the sideline, landing right into Rudy's hands. Big fking smile on his face.

THE END
