I do. I watch Dak and i see a inaccurate QB once he gets 10 yards down the field. His playoff game vs the Rams was horrible. He's not worth 40M no matter how much another QB makes

I would trade him, sign Zeke/Cooper, and pull Tony's arse out the booth. $40 million?

They'll hit him with the franchise tag before they pay that.

He's not worth $40MM, but market rates are set by what other guys get. If everyone is overpaid, then no one is.

I’m trying to figure out who this board would pay cowboys should let Zeke, Dak, and Cooper all walk apparently

What does this mean? This is the explanation it gives in the article.

A PFT source quickly shot down the report, saying it is false based on either new money or total value at signing.

You've got to spend the money somewhere, and Dak is the most difficult to replace, but it's still possible to overpay.

Common sense would say pay Zeke and Amari because. 1. Zeke is actually top 5 for his position. 2. You already gave up a first rounder for Amari. But who's gonna be their QB if they don't resign Dak? It sucks but he's the one with all the leverage.

trade him

For who? When? Problem is we’ve seen Rush just implode. Dak is going to get his 30 plus. The hope is the guarantee isn’t crippling and he will restructure later.

Elliot holding out has made this a bigger need Still trust Stevie Boy as he hasn’t blinked on this yet.

A 1st round pick.

Screw Rush. That guy ain't it. Like I said, drag Tony out of the booth and for maximum fun sign Johnny Football as the backup. Screw getting stuck with a massive contract for a guy who ain't worth that scratch.

Or... just don't rework his deal and hit him with the franchise tag 3 years in a row.

I find it interesting that everyone is comparing Wentz to Prescott.

From what I’ve seen, based on performance, Wentz has been fairly average himself.

Might it be possible that the Eagles overpaid for him? Or that perhaps the Eagles believe that Wentz’s ceiling is at the elite level?

Is Dak’s theoretical ceiling at the elite level?

The fact they offered Dak’s pedestrian arse anything over $15 million/year means the Jones family needs to be run the frick out of Texas. What a joke.

Dak isn’t that good and is extremely replaceable.

Wentz has shown MVP potential. Dak hasn’t.

I can confirm reports that QB Dak Prescott has, in fact, turned down 30M a year offer and is instead seeking 40M a year per source informed. #Cowboys

Seems like an arbitrary standard given the stats that say otherwise
