I go a lot so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been fun.

I envy that you both have the ability to casually go to a game, instead of having to plan a trip around it.

I'm just glad to be out of the south where I get every game on tv instead of maybe 10 a year

Center Ice is going to be my answer to that problem.

Pens are winning another Cup, sporting the new throwback 90's alt jerseys this year

The death of Vegas Gold and back to Pittsburgh Gold is imminent, a variation of these are going to be the new permanent's, thank god.

How are you guys looking this year? Haven't paid much attention to other teams
Still haven't signed Johanson, so that is unnerving. The two sides are 3m apart per year. Somebody is going to have to cave.

Team will largely be the same as last year. I'm really going to miss MacKenzie. I think he embodied what this franchise wants to be. Not sure who we are planning on stepping up to the club from the minors.

Too bad they play the NHL wrecking ball Dallas Stars the first game of the season. Stars will be destroying teams this season! I bet Chicago is already shaking in their skates from nervousness about that first game!

Look everyone it is the ultimate bandwagon guy...he just picks teams that used to win and get babied by the NHL as his favorite.

I've never been to or seen a hockey game but it is something I want to try. Looks like fun to go to.

Yeah, the Caps already played the Sabres. Preseason is underway.

I do love the old cartoon Penguin. Also, the strong black and gold look ties it in to the other Pittsburgh teams. It's a strong jersey, much better than that triangle head. It's good to see everyone going back to their old looks. Caps ditched the copper and bronze, the Isles are back to their classic look, and now the Pens. The last decade has been almost entirely positive on the uniform front.

Just when do the Caps finally decide what type of team they are and win something?

I like Trotz but can he turn that mess around? Also trade CP31 and a used jock for Holtby?
