“There’s always next year” - my least favorite saying in sports.

But for the Av’s it’s true, we are the most talented team in the league, and multiple injuries hit us at the worst time. I think we beat Dallas in 5 without injuries.

Tampa and Vegas are as talented even if you're fully healthy

Absolutely. Add in a Pepsi Center crowd?
The injuries killed us, and anyone who says otherwise didn't watch the series.

Lets find a real coach before saying this. This team is so talented.

Injuries too much. Getting sloppy, like a 10 second fricking goal after taking lead? God dammit. Credit Dallas but feels like we just blew it and sat on lead. I’m going to get hammered

As a true celebrating Texan, went and got my Whataburger for dinner, got my large orange and white styrofoam cup filled with coke and Jerry's Johnnie Walker Blue and going to have myself a night now

Vancouver goal keeper is the best story in hockey. This is unreal to watch.

VGK all over Vancouver. Before their pp late in the period Vancouver advanced it into their offensive zone maybe 2-3 times total, and were unable to establish any thing resembling a forecheck. VGK clearly the superior team but they need to crack this goalie. I have a hard time believing that Vancouver can win a 3rd straight game in this manner, especially if the rest of the game goes like this. But we shall see.

How about those regular season games? Injuries then, too?

Just checked the stats.
Through 26 min, and with two power plays, Vancouver has 2 shots. That’s gotta be some sort of low lying record.
