Is the NFL against the Titans getting in the playoffs? They were absolutely screwed on 2 game changing calls in this game

Refs in this Titans-Texans game are absolutely horrible.
There is no consistency in officating. In the Rams-Cardinals game they call OP on big catch from Hopkins then turn around and let Rams TE push a guy to convert a big third down.
Then they allow am obvious PI on Hopkins in the endzone.
These officials act like they have money on this games.
