“Blow to the head” of the QB is one of the worst rules in the NFL. It should have to actually be a forcible fricking blow not just a hand hitting a helmet
And it should 100% be reviewable and wording should be that the video evidence shows it was a forcible unnecessary blow to the head for it to stand

Pretty much everything should be reviewable. It’s laughable that the NFL rules committee has only made certain aspects of the game reviewable. The coaches have a finite number of challenges, so that shouldn’t impact the game that much.
