They all are. It’s so hard to cover 2-6 yard routes and remain protected against a deep threat at the same time, so the defenses allow dink and dunk passes hoping that the qb/wr screws up.
Not to mention in dink and dunk the likelihood of your qb getting hurt are much lower.
