Have to think about putting in Mills. Maybe you wait until the start of the second half but you have to be doing some planning.

No Caserio has lucked out that owners allowed him to get three head coaching hires and he continually reverts back to his Pats network for hires even if they are unqualified.

He has not addressed their OL in 5 years and been pretty bad with position coach hires on offense.

Caserio is a bad GM, period.
