I mean, at the same time, the OC hire by the Texans was an utterly stupid one. Their OC is bad, and I mean Joe Sloan bad.
They should have hired an actual, experienced OC and hired a TE coach to call their plays.
They are getting what they deserve for an atrocious GM.

This is just what happens when you have a DC at HC, offense always suffers unless you have a genius at OC and then he is only around for a single season or two.
