A rival high school did that against my son's team this season. It was hilarious when the ref caught on and asked for the ball.
The coaches started trying to pass the ball around like a hot potato.
The ref finally got his hands on the ball and he tried to bounce it off the ground.
It wouldn't bounce and it wobbled down the sideline.
We all laughed our asses off.
