Penn State's Chop Robinson, at 6-3, 254, clocked a 4.47 40, a 4.22 shuttle and broad jumped 10-7. One source who has seen him in training this month predicted Robinson will put up “absurd” numbers at the NFL combine this week.

Last offseason Michigan’s Roman Wilson clocked a 4.33 40... out of 2-point stance. More impressive: he ran a mind-blowing 6.20-second 3-cone drill and a 3.77 shuttle. There will be a lot of eyeballs on UM’s top receiver this week at the NFL Combine:

There’s been a lot of MAC stars shine in the NFL. Look for @ToledoFB lockdown corner Quinyon Mitchell to be the next one. We expect him to tear up the the NFL Combine this week:

That's interesting about Roman. He was so clutch that I felt like somebody has to take a shot on him as an Edelman type.

I think it Yahoo Sports that said the other day JJ is the most polarizing guy in the draft.

Going to be hilarious when our second best wide receiver this season ends up having a better pro career than Harrison.

BTj will be a very solid NFL receiver. He is a good route runner, catches with his hands, and has an elite length/speed combination.

He's got a pretty damn high floor.

He's in Columbus working out with the team getting Pro Football ready, not doing 40 work and speed cone drills to impress a bunch of dudes in spandex. That's exactly the guy I would want.

Wait, he's not even going to the combine to do interviews? That's a major red flag.

Really common these days for top guys.

ETA:

Assuming he does the interviews and gets checked out medically at the combine.

If he's available I'd love that for Joe. He's a great blocker and obviously a great receiver at the TE position. Would elevate that offense a ton.

Tells me they are both arrogant (believing they are above the combine) and not confident (if you believe you are the best, then prove it) at the same time.

I’ll take a guy who wants to go out there and show out.

Thomas will not be a better NFL WR than Marvin Harrison lol LSU fans didn't even think that he was that good until like halfway through last season.

And are these “LSU fans” in the room with us right now?

Jabarkus had us all doing BTJ bong rips by week 2. This is false.

I did kind of make that up, but UnluckyTiger's smarmy "I know I am wrong on a lot of stuff, but this is what's going to happen" schtick had to be challenged.

I don't think he'll be better than Marvin Harrison Jr. I just don't think MHj should be in a Julio Jones/AJ Green conversation.

I think MHj and BHj are very comparable, with Marvin being better at body control and high pointing the ball.

Pretty sure most of the smart LSU fans knew that despite Nabers putting up better numbers in college BTJr was the better pro prospect. Hell if you take the names and schools away and just focused on the athleticism and skills, scouts would have BTJr. and Harrison with the same evaluations.

Odunze is probably better than any of them at that. But, I don't know about his speed. He has kind of a silky stride. That's where I think MHJ is the best prospect, if he is really recording those blazing numbers.

Nabers is so strong and so good after the catch and I feel like he's going to be a great NFL receiver. Really can't go wrong with 4 or 5 guys this year.

He is there doing interviews, nothing on field. And likely won't work out at pro day.

Okay now we’ve had an equal and opposite hot take reaction

Nabors is WR1 on some boards.
