Marrone has by far the least talented roster out of those 3 and also the toughest division.

I forgot about Mularkey too. They should beat the Niners today and get to 9 wins. I thought Marrone and Mularkey were horrible hires

McVay...Goff has really improved a ton too. All 3 have done a great job

McVay, and to me it's not even close.

What are you talking about? Houston and Indy are terrible, and the Titans are the worst team with a good record in the NFL.

I also really like the fact he rarely makes excuses unlike their previous HC

McVay and it's not close. Goff went from one of the biggest busts ever to locking down the position for the rams for the next decade

If the Saints win their division, Payton should be in the mix. Nobody thought the team was going to be very good and their in the division with two teams that have gone to the Superbowl.

With all of that said, if the Rams win their division I don't see how you don't give it to McVay.

All pretty equal after looking at it. Maybe gotta give the nod to Rams on that because of Seattle.

A lot of good coaching this year. Zimmer is 11-3 with his third-string QB

Zimmer has to be in the discussion too.

Yeah Zimmer definitely. Not only that but he lost a rb that looked like he was gonna be top 5 in the league in stats.

McVay for sure.

Mcvay, Zimmer, Pederson, BB, Payton is my order.

The Jags are going to go from 3 wins last year to 11/12 with Marrone. That is pretty stout.

Gotta be McVay, not just the win differential but the speedy developement of Goff and the fact that they haven’t had a bad performance in a single game all year for a Rookie coach is amazing.
