And that number is probably low considering how many bars, casinos, parties, groups, etc, watched en masse on one display/account.

I'd bet this fight would have barely broken 1.5M PPV buys, if that.

There wasn't a boring round besides maybe the 1st.

Crawford lit Canelo up the entire second half of the fight.

Hopefully the streaming experience was better than the Tyson Paul fight . That was a painful experience

Didn't see the Tyson/Paul fight but did watch the Crawford/Alvarez fight on Saturday night and it was flawless in production as far as visuals-----a little drawn out and over the top with the introductions and other crap before the main event.

Then having to listen to Max Kellerman was a bit painful, but the fight itself went off without a hitch or glitch and Bud put on a masterclass in ring generalship taking a big UD win and the belts from Alvarez.

we watched a different fight. They rarely hugged and clinched. Stayed active. Very Technical.

I'm not a big boxing fan (never saw bud fight before) and I thought it was really good.

The Christmas NFL games made Netflix get their act together on stream quality.

Exactly what happened to me, had to watch it Sunday afternoon so I wouldn't spoil it.

I’ll Be curious when some financial wonks do a deep dive on the cost analysis vs added subs to see how these live events are really doing and if sustainable…. As a fan, I love the move of ppv events to this format but I’m very curious of the financial realities for Netflix, peacock, prime… etc

Do you think it’s not sustainable?

That’s what I’d like to find out. It’ll be interesting what these will morph into as they will need more revenue streams.. the payout between Camelot and Crawford was above 150 million from reports.

Didn’t the saudis fund a lot of this?

I'd like to see more transparency in boxing funding. Because I'd really love to blow the lid off the money laundering scheme they have going.

Wanted to watch but sitting on my couch after the A&M game ended and waiting for the fight to start, my body let me down. Fell asleep.

Would be nice for a fight to start before 11:30pm. 9pm central would be an optimal time.
