re: NCAA Baseball Regional Round watch party thread

Crazy to have college baseball being played at that time (not in Hawaii).

UT and LB state start at 10 PM tonight.

Regional baseball weekend is underrated as far as sporting events go.

I've done almost nothing but sit back and watch baseball this weekend and its been great

I'm not sure. Local Southern Miss beat writer just stated that he still thinks there is lightning in the area.

I guess we should all be hoping for two 17 inning games in Hattiesburg?

Plenty especially after DVH got them not to tarp the field between the 7th and 8th. Then he got them not to tarp it again in Mid 8th.

It is what it is. The worst part is Arkansas fans think that SMS didn't get jobbed. This is 2nd time in 3 years that the NCAA has jobbed them. The staff was more pissed at the NCAA than DVH.


I get it but it just is not setting to well.

The Arkansas SMS game may get ugly and chirpy tonight. If G thinks anything is going against him he will go into Napoleon Dynamite mode. DVH being himself will respond back. These guys hate each other on the field, because they are exactly the same person on and off of it. But they are friends off of it.

SMS players are taught/coached to be arrogant assholes and reminded constantly that nobody wanted them from the big schools.

I felt they had the best team last season and not much expectations this season being so young

We are a long ways away

I feel like we never get an upset in the Super paired with us though. Hopefully we can close this out and Davidson cools off
