When coach O says black lives matter he is not endorsing the destruction of the western family or whatever. He is supporting the end of police brutality, racism, etc etc. half the country at least supports that. It is by definition not the fringe.

You should link the entire statement, not just fragments.
quote:
We make our spaces family-friendly and enable parents to fully participate with their children. We dismantle the patriarchal practice that requires mothers to work “double shifts” so that they can mother in private even as they participate in public justice work.
We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.

BLM is not enhancing anything
And their children have to endure shitty lives at the hands of their parent WAY more often than children whose parents subscribe to the western prescribed nuclear family unit.

coach o doesn't give a crap about black lives matter. like the other coaches, he doesn't want to lose any recruits. so he will say whatever it takes.

Coach O says black lives matter
The nba is painting Black Lives Matter on their court. See the difference?

I would say O knows thousands of young black men and has heard countless stories of how they have been mistreated. And that is why he says black lives matter. But that is just common sense talking.

no, not really.
I’ll walk you through it
Saying black lives matter is a statement
Black Lives Matter is an organization

How about we just be responsible and accountable for raising our own kids? Is that really too much to ask?
Also, the idea that that is "Western-prescribed" is not supported by historical fact. The nuclear family is a clear ingredient in societal progress and improved quality of life. That is not opinion. That is historical and statistical fact and is consistent across geographies.

And The nba is “saying” black lives matter. Heck nfl is gonna do it too first chance they get on the field.

Black men completely frick their race by wanting zero responsibility in life. Then they turn around and create an organization that normalizes it.
Boom thinks this is a good thing. Unless he reads the mission statement differently than I do. Boom what do you think it means to say?
Posted on 7/1/20 at 9:30 am to ReauxlTide222
When someone says black life matter it doesn’t mean they necessarily have to agree with every last word of the mission statement.
Black lives matter has come to mean an end to police brutality, systemic racism, etc etc. when most people will say BLM that is what they are saying.

I think that was true for about 7 minutes. It isn’t true anymore.

you think nba painting black lives matter because they support their mission statement lmao. that dumber than hell dude
Posted on 7/1/20 at 9:50 am to Mr Perfect
I didn’t say that.
I haven’t even addressed the NBA doing this.
