No, but that is an especially controversial and critical piece of the mission statement. I would argue that that piece of the mission statement undermines the intent of the organization as a whole when you objectively look that the statistical implications of such a policy.
ETA: When you paint that on the court, you are publicly backing the actual BLM organization, even if you only mean to back the basic literal statement that "black lives matter," which most reasonable people very much agree with.

I am not so sure that just by painting it means you are specifically supporting the organization and not just the more commonly referred to movement to end racism and police brutality.

The BLM movement has camoflauged itself behind an innocent statement (saying black people matter)
People support a donate to BLM thinking they’re supporting black people, but they’re actually giving to a self-described marxists organization that seeks to defund police, destroy the nuclear family, erase Western culture, etc
Got to give BLM credit, very clever

only way that true is if nba come out and say "donate to black lives matter TM"
they won't. they are just branding themselves to sell their own merch

You are. That organization is where the donations inspired by your on-court messaging are going.

They don’t need to say that. People will see that message and donate to that organization without paying any mind to the actual mission. You are naive to think otherwise.

Irresponsibly taking advantage of dumb people with significant externalities that negatively impact those same dumb people is not worthy of celebrating, capitalist or not. It’s shitty.

Then explain why you said they’re doing this to sell merch.
How does painting BLM on the courts help them sell merch?

Not really. Capitalism is designed to channel human greed to incentivize productivity.
Do people get taken advantage of? Of course, but that is true of any economic structure. Even (and especially) communism.

nazi has come to mean an end to non-german people living in germany. that is what they are saying when they say they are nazi's. they just want to live in Germany with just German's. That's it. That's all they are saying. They are just proud of their german heritage.
Does this sound ok?

Ah yea. The old nazi comparison. Yesterday I saw people comparing wearing a mask for 10 minutes inside rouses to nazi Germany. some people minds are so warped from Fox News and Facebook memes it is like they have become part of a cult.
Posted on 7/1/20 at 10:35 am to Boomshockalocka
Fox News is crap, and i've never had facebook.
I know it's a stupid comparison. I also can see what some people and organizations in this country are trying to do.

The vast majority of people who are saying black lives matter are not financially supporting the organization in any way. They are simply showing their support for the end of racism, police brutality, etc. the movement and the organizaiton can be separated in this case.
