PGA TV Ratings
The broadcast on Friday peaked at over 2.2M and averaged 1.75M. CBS will have monster ratings this evening because the leaderboard is stacked and the back nine is playing easy. I predicted this and was laughed at two months ago but here we are. Master's ratings will break records in November.

Michael Jordan did not stop trying to better once he was the best in the world.
Just bc black people have it better here than anywhere else doesn’t mean eveything is great here and that we should not make an effort to make it even better.
Clown take bro.

Can you point to specific policies you would like changed?
Saying black people are treated poorly in the US because of systematic racism doesn’t hold up when you see blacks are more successful than anywhere else. I wouldn’t imagine nuanced thought is in your wheelhouse. You’re the same guy that thinks you influence NBA MVP voting

NBA is still beating golf
nope

According to a release from the company, Thursday’s opening round averaged 1.246 million viewers, the best since 2015 and the second-best opening round in the last 10 years. Friday’s round did even better, jumping 43 percent higher to average 1.763 million.
A number of factors are contributing. With a prime-time slot on the East coast, the telecasts were destined to be successful, but the improvement in numbers — the broadcast peaked with 2.26 million viewers from 7-7:15 p.m. ET — is reason for TV execs and Tour officials to rejoice.

ESPN’s other games were below average. Pelicans-Clippers averaged a 0.9 and 1.37 million, Jazz-Thunder a 0.9 and 1.30 million and Heat-Nuggets a 0.8 and 1.14 million on Saturday, while Celtics-Bucks drew a 0.9 and 1.30 million on Friday. Grizzlies-Pelicans on Monday brought up the rear with 1.02 million.
It is worth noting that the level of households using televisions (HUT) is seven percent lower in July than in March and April, when the season was originally scheduled to conclude.
The NBA ratings are barely beating the NHL ratings
quote:
Saturday’s Canadiens-Penguins NHL Stanley Cup Qualifier Game 1 averaged a 1.0 rating and 1.54 million viewers on NBC (1.57M including streaming), marking the highest rated and most-watched NHL game of the season, excluding the Winter Classic (Predators-Stars: 1.15, 1.96M).
Chicago’s win, which peaked with 1.43 million from 5:45-6 PM, declined 4% and 8% respectively from NBC’s first afternoon game in last year’s playoffs (Hurricanes-Capitals Game 2: 0.75, 1.19M). Keep in mind it faced overlapping playoff games on NBCSN.

Probably for the best. Your brain isn’t even capable of 1 coherent thought at a time. I can’t imagine trying to watch you multitask

Ya the numbers are the numbers stop trying to wish your opinions on the NBA into reality like y'all do with systemic racism

And others are being completely disingenuous when saying “black lives matter” while turning a blind eye to inner city crime and abortions
ETA: per the 2018 FBI crime statistics, 15.5% of white people who were murdered, were murdered by black people. Only 8% of black people who were murdered, were murdered by white people. But somehow there is a sentiment that black folks are hunted down and murdered every time they leave their houses (presumably by white people).

It's not shocking that NBA fans are pussies like the players are

You don't actually give a shite about black on black crime in Chicago...we all know it. You're just annoyed about people not being satisfied with their lot in life and criticizing America (especially white America)
You can say it's vice versa as well.
99% of the people putting up black squares for social media posts and marching for BLM or protesting dont give a shite either. It's all virtue signaling.

But hey, buying a phone charger is definitely the same as vocally supporting, with one of the worlds largest and most lucrative platforms; a regime actively engaging in a genocide and tyrannically imposing dystopian laws in the city of Hong Kong
Here we go with the fake outrage at the oppression of Muslims again & deep concern with International Human Rights. Why haven't I seen this much concern for the Muslims in Saudi Arabia or those they are bombing indiscriminately in Yemen with US assistance/ weapons?
China is the worlds greatest manufacturing hub so I doubt if its just money from phone chargers you're contributing to CCP coffers.

At least the Uyghurs are actually victims, unlike the black people in the United States.
