His career was so weird. He was decent his first two years, and was actually kind of good for a year with Dallas, other than that, he just kept getting worse and worse. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some drug addiction afflicting him.

Its time to kick Jim Buss to the curb.
It's obvious that big name FA's aren't going to freely come to Lakers.
So get rid of Buss, bring Jerry West back home and give him full control of the organization. You are going to have to rebuild through the draft and through trades. No one is better than that than Jerry West

American sports, probably. If you get popped in cycling or track it's an automatic 2 year ban for a first offense.
