If someone came with a huge offer they may consider but I don’t think Lillard is worth it for the Lakers. Also sure Deng would have to be included for the money to work right

The Houston Rockets are among the teams that will have interest in Carmelo Anthony once he secures his free agency, according to league sources
Of course, CC was his choice #1 from Day 1. We will welcome Melo with Open Arms. He's got a bit left in the tank IMO.

Once again. He can be if used correctly. I'm open to it
I lack faith Melo recognizes his current limits. He needs to become a finisher only, not a creator, rebound well and put a lot of energy into D.
He also should (on the Lakers) be doing that in a backup role to allow Ingram development. I haven't seen that capability or willingness with Melo.

As what? A stretch 4 in limited minutes? At 35% from 3?

Everyone hopes this happens.

I hope you are correct. He has the experience in dealing with emotions prompted by not making the Finals that will be crucial for Houston in 18-19.

He was trying to find some iteration of an advanced statistic that would show Carmelo is a beast. Upon finding nothing it just goes to "He's got a bit left in the tank IMO" when if the Rockets weren't being considered, he would be awful

Gonna take that Ryno role once Ryno gets moved for a starting level SF. I can see
Chris
James
Carroll/Bazemore
PJ
Clint
-----
Gordon
Luc Moute
Gerald
Carmelo
Nene
Add a better backup to Clint whenver the buyouts come through, or maybye even grab dedmon to backup Clint whenever they go ahead and get Bazemore.

He was marginally better than Trevor Ariza. When you consider his inflated ego relative to his current level of play, not worth it. But I hope he goes to CC. He and HardLn are a match made in heaven.

"Carmelo, you're going to come off the bench for 16 minutes per night, sit still in the corner while on offense, and bang with PF's on the other end. Maybe set a pick every now and then."

Yes, teams are just sitting around asking how can they make Houston better.

I’m guessing boom said Ryno would be moved last year too

People that think bc he wouldn't accept a bench role in OKC means he wouldn't accept one anywheres else make me chuckle.

Actually B said with ryno or without ryno CC was the clear second best team in the league. Add another check mark next to my name bubba.
