Don't understand Gasol's thinking here.

OKC is the best option for him.

He wouldn't go wrong with the teams he's connected to.

He's clearly rooting that Lebatard is right.
Clearly...since about 30 minutes ago in this very thread I said "let this happen" in response to the Cavs whispers.

At this point, my only thought is that you're being wrong on purpose, not sure it's possible to keep whiffing that much.

He actually has no problem with LeBron leaving.
By no problem, I mean i want him to play anywhere but Miami next season.

All about money and location for Pau now. Can't see him taking a low offer when he could get the same or more in L.A. or NY

He's at the spot in his career where plenty of guys take less to go to better teams.

would certainly be nice to see the best player in the world playing with someone new on a nightly basis, to see how he could take others' games to another level.

Signed, non LBJ fan.

Yeah but those guys usually don't have any rings. Pau has two.

That's my only reason for wanting him to leave to go to any team other than Miami.

It'll be new, entertaining, and generate ridiculous amounts of hype and buzz around it.

We saw 4 years of Miami, let's see the next edition.

Spurs staying diligent on free agent Pau Gasol, but Bulls and Thunder -- with Lakers lurking -- lead the way, sources tell Yahoo.

Plus he already did the small market thing here in Memphis. He never seemed to be a fan of it then.

Dear Spurs, just stay away from Pau, you don't need him.

Bulls
Thunder
Lakers

Is that what I just read? In that order?

That's how I read it.

Hopefully that's the case because if the Spurs get Pau then none of this other stuff even matters.

Pretty much, although I think it's more like the Bulls and Thunder are on the same tier as 1a and 1b

I would take Pau in a Bulls uniform, but we would obviosuly have other moves to make afterwards.

What does his TV show have to do with him as a journalist, media guy?

I'll answer for you: nothing.

So, a member of the media's highest profile media position has nothing to do with his standing as a member of the media? Okay, guy.
