I am certain Houston would take him but with Demarcus I don’t think he can “get over himself” like I like to say and be a teammate with Chris. Those guys have had beef forever.

Thing is his injury is a two year recovery. He's going to be better, and the Warriors were rolling with him March thru seasons end, but he got hurt again, and got out of shape.

If he wasn't such an a-hole I'd feel bad for him.

Players with a minus PER and 2 single digits PER in the last three years that are still in the NBA.

Darius Miller.

that’s it he is the only one. How he manage to post a minus PER I am not exactly sure.

But I know you gotta be so bad that the formula couldn’t anticipate anyone ever being that bad to get into the minuses

It certainly could be, and I’m sure he’ll be improved

But nobody has ever truly recovered from it and recaptured their pre-injury form

There might be one outlier I’m leaving out but none come to mind, especially at his size

Plus, even without the injury concerns, he doesn’t do anything that contributes to a winning culture

Miller's % was handicapped by Anthony Davis being a tampon disaster. D Mill will get back to his 40% form... something Harden jerks off to.

Whenever you are looking at shooting % you always gotta consider shot type. You got to dig deeper. Sometimes you gotta dig
several layers deeper to get the big picture.

I thought we laughed at PER, but now we are using PER?

Because it benefits his argument, thus it's a solid stat once again

When it is a minus it tells us how much of a negative someone is. Certainly not the end all be all But certainly useful when someone is this bad.

I wish Kawhi would just announce so we wouldn't have to talk about Darius Miller and how he compares to Jim Harden.

But when it's a positive it depends on if it benefits your argument.

I am too big picture to ever use ONE seasons stats when judging a player. And then you went one step further and used PER. Some of you have no business around even a somewhat serious basketball discussion. ..
