We have two very good pieces that should be strong enough to make us interesting and possibly something more. I wouldnt go much further than that if kawhi doesn't sign

Lakers have two of the six best players in the NBA in Davis and James
A very good backup forward in Kuzma who might be a starter for them if Kawhi doesn’t sign.
Two good bench shooters in Daniels and Dudley
Still have 37 mil to spend
If the Lakers don’t get Kawhi they can sign Rondo, KCP, Cousins, Igoudala and still make a trade or two with teams needing to get under the luxury tax

Not leaving anything out. They weren't ranked, just honorable mention.
I'd say Ingram, despite money concerns, had the strongest finish since that list came out, but it's just not some landslide like people are suggesting.

Ingram did not have a good year last year. A solid 6 game stretch before getting hurt doesn’t negate that, even if it made it not as bad as it could have been. I don’t know why shel is pretending it was better than it was in reality.

Memphis reportedly has received quite a bit of interest from teams that want to trade for Iggy. Him being bought out is far from guaranteed.

Ingram shot 50% from the field in each of the final 3 months last season. Not only has Wiggins never done that, Wiggins has shot 50% from the field for a given month 3 times in his entire career.
