What? Bunchie and most Pellies told us AD is a fraud. Now he's a Top 5 player?

It's almost like different posters have different top 5 rankings for NBA players.

All three instances are a top 5 player leaving his team to join up with 2 (or more) other all star caliber players. all three formed a super team. there are minor differences but the similarities outweigh them by a lot.

Ehh.

If Kawhi on da way I don't think Davis's raw numbers are going to get better.

Just read the report we didn't pursue D Lo because he'd be a "bad influence" on Devin Booker. I hate this team so much.

Treating your star like an overprotective white parent with a teenager who listens to rap music is not a great look

Not sure why you'd want D-Lo any way.

He's terribly overrated, and a horrible value at the pricepoint he'll get.

Kawhi going to the Lakers would be an even bigger hoe move than KD to the Warriors

One major difference is that Kawhi was born and raised in LA. The guy has a close connection to the city. It’s hard to blame the guy for wanting to return to the city he grew up in.

Khris Middleton and Tobias Harris both got max contracts yesterday and Russell is younger than both of them and had a better season last year than either of them have had in their respective careers.

Is he top 10? Not by any measure. Top 25-30? Absolutely.

Yeah DLo at $30MM is just nuts. Apparently GS wants to flip him and doesn't intend to keep him long term.

He is a traffic cone on defense and was a 17 ppg guard until his usage shot way up following the Levert injury.

He's a fine player than can still develop. He'd have been a fair pay at 22-25. 30 is an overpay.

This one, kevin to gsw, and lebron to Miami are all very similar. More alike than they are different. You are really splitting hairs. All are very very poor looks for the guys making the move.
The non-Lebron players on the 2010-2011 Heat roster accounted for a total of 39.2 wins above replacement during the previous season. The non-Durant players on the 2016-2017 Warriors roster accounted for a total of 64.8 wins above replacement during the previous season, 25.6 more wins than the Lebron’s teammates.

If 64.8 wins and 39.2 wins is more alike than different, then teammates worth 13.6 wins was also more alike than different then Lebron’s team as well, and by extension close to the Warriors too.

I forget how insane the NBA max contract is.

And people were wondering if Klay was worth a max pre injury.
