This one, kevin to gsw, and lebron to Miami are all very similar. More alike than they are different. You are really splitting hairs. All are very very poor looks for the guys making the move.

It absolutely did. He was absolutely destroyed for it and to be honest I don’t know if he will ever get that stain of his career.
However Golden State built the large part of that team through the draft
Lakers just floundered in mediocrity because they are completely dysfunctional as a franchise, cleared cap space and got LeBron James simply because of their location. Then manipulated the system to force another team to trade their star.
That kind of bullshite shouldn’t be rewarded. So yes it makes Kawhi a bigger bitch, simply because of the team he is going to
