Yeah, request a meeting with King Leaker himself, Magic Johnson, who doesnt even work in the front office. When he did leave he aired a bunch of shite out in public too.
I think Kawhi is just listening to each pitch and feeling it out. He doesn't seem like a complicated dude.

I don't totally doubt RDA's connection, but the dude was posting shite about how it was all but signed and done that it was gonna be a 3 teamer with no ingram and the pels getting zach fricking lavine like an hour or two before the actual davis trade broke.

I do think it's pretty comical that he met with Magic last night and it appears that magic called up his contact at the LA Times to give them a story before Kawhi and Uncle Dennis had even pulled out the driveway.

I dont know whats been leaked because I dont know what's really happening. False reports arent going to be leaks.
But the entire AD thing this past season was leak fest. Then we had the Magic Johnson shite where it was leaked he wasnt even showing up for work, disagreed about firing Walton etc.
Doesnt mean the Lakers arent worth playing for, they're just a leaky franchise and a lot of that does have to do with the environment they exist in.
Anyways, that was a stupid theory by Shelburne.

Perhaps Kawhi and co gave him the okay to do that, but it's just odd.
He unceremoniously resigned from his post at the top of the lake show after a VERY public failed deadline coup marred by leaks that derailed their season and murdered their locker room.
Then just 2 months later he holds his most important meeting ever with respect to the lakers organization and literally calls up the local paper to give them all the details minutes after it concludes.
