The Lakers will be able to load manage him just fine. If they gave each of them 15 games off, about half the games only 2/3 of the Big 3 would play and they'd still make the playoffs with ease.
They're going to get some servicable players on minimum contracts, not scrubs.

I think you are severely underestimating what it means to have two of lebron/AD/kawhi in your lineup any given night. The team would easily make the playoffs and probably win anywhere between 50 to 55 games
