Uhhhhh by giving Rozier that contract. By playing a season without an NBA PG or NBA PF again. The Suns haven't done things super efficiently or done anything I love, but they should be a better basketball team. They might even win 30 games.

We've made only terrible/super net negative moves in past years. The moves this summer aren't catastrophic.
Rubio will play hard. He will try on defense. His usage rate and shot attempts won't be super high and take things away from Brooker too much. Bring back Oubre. Trade JJ. You'd have room for a JaMychal Green or something to compete with Saric at the 4. It'd at least be somewhat watchable this season.
