In that scenario, you kind of have to throw it up on an oop to the 7'4" dude and hope he dunks it or gets fouled, right? That seems like such a bad playcalll.

Wemby too shy. He’s playing Shawn Marion ball in KG’s body. The rest of the team is also too young / green. Knicks play great team ball, never rattled. Have to hand it to the fricking yanks.

Check out lifetime Knicks super fan Wob he has a live twitter post game stream. He cusses a lot for those who don’t like that but knows basketball

KG was right.

He KILLED Wemby for his over the top emotional reaction after winning the WCF.

It was very bizarre.

They acted like the won the title. Knicks remind me of 2004 Detroit. Tough, gritty, efficient, and will kill you. Two games could have gone either way: Knicks stepped up in G1; Spurs were really bad in G2 (as well as G1)

San Antonio’s championship was defeating a depleted OKC in seven games. OKC wore down Wemby and the Spurs. New York is finishing the job. It feels so good to see Spurs tears for now.

Hang the banner…I guess? Glad to see someone else is gonna do the job for SGA and co.

SA is a big flopper team. And defend football like. Glad to see them getting exposed and a narrative shift. This was obvious last series but too many fell for the wring narratives.

The Chet meltdown could impact his career long term. Wemby isn’t going to pull a Nick Anderson.

You being mad enough to throw this easy bait out and hitch your wagon to an SA hate watch is the final cherry on the “frick OKC” sundae for me

KAT and OG have made a combined 10 of 16 FG when defended by Wemby over the first two games of the Finals (6 of 8 tonight)

Taking advantage of one of Wemby’s only defensive weaknesses… giving up rim attacks when closing out hard on shooters with size

I love rooting against Bama in the game of life, but I don’t think I’ve really gone that route in pro too often. In a best of 7 series, you just suck it up, tip your cap, and move on. An OKC fan rooting for NY is a beta move.

Bro I’m a Pels fan I usually hate SA the most. I just hate your team more.

This is gold, though, please continue

I don't mind getting beaten by a better team. nYk is just better. No shame in that. They're more experienced, well-balanced, well-coached, play extremely hard, limit mistakes, and beat you straight up. Sucks to lose, but I respect the hell out of how they've played us this year.

okc fans still being bitter little bitches after the shite they pulled is enough consolation for me

Chuck just compared this Knicks team to the ‘04 Pistons. I think someone in this thread said that earlier and it’s a good comp
