HOU has the Championship pedigree. Exactly how many team have won multiple titles in recent memory? There aren't many
I hope you're not referring to championships 20 years ago as pedigree.

I think he's referring to all the championships the players won when not in a rockets uniform. IE All of them.

Anybody who is interested enough in what I post can search my history and see what I've posted. Your little crusade to win or prove me wrong or whatever is funny.

Well if you go back 30+ years and look and see what franchise in all of American sports has the fewest losing seasons and you see the answer is the Houston Rockets..and combine that with being one of only a handful of teams to win multiple titles in that same time frame... I think that says enough for right now no need for me to go on further...

O I see; he's also including Olympic championships AND conference championships. I tell you what, no other team in the league has that sort of pedigree. Well SAS has much, much more, but that didn't matter a few posts before when they were the topic of discussion.

Is he a troll, or do you think he's serious?

Well Cowboys fans can breathe a sigh of relief and use that championship pedigree to win out.

This season not being a losing season will be a success for the Rockets, so I guess I see your point here.

Correct, it will keep their fewest losing streaks in American sports in the last 32 yrs intact.

Who said other teams didn't have championship pedigree? Surely wasn't me.

So if SAS's superior "championship pedigree" doesn't give them any substantive advantage over Houston, then Houston's superior "championship pedigree" doesn't give them any substantive advantage over NO. Right?

No HOU is the better team.

Warriors had no championship pedigree going into last season, they were the best team and they won the championships. NEWSFLASH bro, the best TEAM will win it all this year too has nothing to do with you playing word games with "champioship pedigree"

You brought up "championship pedigree."

BUT last I checked, even if it's only 10% through the season, teams 24/30 in point differential, usually aren't considered a superior team, until they prove otherwise.

i know in the last 5 full NBA seasons there have been teams that make the east playoffs being under .500 Some years more than 1.

Do you think that ends this year?

The idea that two of Boston, Milwaukee, Detroit, Indiana, even Charlotte finish .500 or better isn't exactly a bold take.

how far back do we get to go?

Unless the players with the pedigree are still on the team the past does not matter.
unless those players are still able to play, the past does not matter.
San Antonio is getting old. How many games will Ginobli miss in the first round of the playoffs?

so you think there will be no sub .500 east playoff teams this year?

how many games are the Pistons, Boston and CHA going to win?

Nope.

Apparently this is irrelevant because you omitted Indiana and Milwaukee....there's your eight.
