Most guys get one pitch per at bat that you don’t want to miss. And you usually know which one it was. Reddick gets 3 or 4 and does nothing with them until he strikes out on crap like that last pitch.

How are we only in the 3rd there were no runs and I was watching the bottom of the 2nd like an hour ago then went to basement for crossfit

This guy came in with a 40 to 2 ratio on strikeouts to walks. Waiting to fall behind in the count gives them little chance. Of course, you'd like to get his pitch count up but he's probably gonna throw 120 tonight easy anyway.

Outside of Reddick, everyone seems to be seeing Strasburg well. Should run into some more runs with that approach.

That Brantley out was good for at least 5 pitches and possibly us breaking it open in the first. It was the single worst strike 3 call of the series...worse than the makeup call in game 5
