I’ve made it a point to stay away from the DAT because the game is working my nerves way too much already.
But leaving RISP/LOB has shown its ugly arse head again. It’s amazing how they just can’t get out of this funk.

I wouldn’t bring Cole in here with a 1 run lead, let the bullpen pitch in a situation they are used to, if Cole comes in and isn’t normal and gives up a run you second guess yourself. Let Zack go and then typical bullpen. Cole can pitch later.

The last time Cole came out of the pen was one time as a freshman at UCLA. I’m with you, I’d let my pen do it’s job. Not every starter can do it effectively.
