Pretty cool for the Music City. I guess if you want to host, just build a crazy expensive stadium.

That’s nothing new. Build a new stadium you get a Super Bowl. Believe that’s why Minnesota hosted one

Cant wait to hear about how racist the city is for its roots to country music! Im sure there will be plenty of folks feeling “unsafe” because of lyrics to an old song or 2. Nevermind the horrible and threatening language in rap music but they arent ready for that conversation!

They've got the amenities to host an event like the Super Bowl, now the question becomes who plays at halftime?

Minnesota had hosted one before. But you are right. Their new stadium is why they got a second SB even though (a) Minneapolis isn't exactly a "big event" city and (b) especially in the dead of winter.

Nashville is one of only a few places that have an elite setup for an event like this. Hotels downtown, walk to Broadway, walk across the river on the pedestrian bridge to the game, walk back after, party, walk back to hotel.

New Orleans is similar, but obviously it's a bit different culturally.

Perfect time to honor the country greats of the past but you're likely on the money with your prediction.

I guess we’ll see if Jelly Roll and Post Malone continue to be big names in 4.5 years.

Bad news for New Orleans as Nashville is just as walkable with probably a better hotel situation.

Nashville won’t be a one and done like Minnesota, IMO, and will enter the regular rotation with Miami, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.

NOLA is much more walkable than Nashville IMO.

Hotel situation is probably about even.

Nashville is a perfect location because everything is centrally located. Stadium, hotels, Broadway, convention center, and venues for corporate sponsors to host their SB parties are all within about a 1 mile stretch.

Everyone talks about how walkable everything is in NOLA as a reason the city is a good location for Super Bowls and other major events, but Nashville is probably even more convenient for walking to everything. And probably less likely to get mugged or have your wallet pickpocketed.

Build an indoor stadium and have hotel capacity. That said, I'm not going to pretend that Nashville isn't a solid location for a Super Bowl.

Minnesota has hosted TWO before: once at the Metrodome (1992) and then once in the new stadium (2018)

They hosted one in 1992 at the Metrodome (not 26 years previously) and one in 2018 at the current stadium.... "bro"
