I played against Antwan Odom in high school twice in regular season games and once in the spring game. He played for the Titans (2004-2007) and then the Bengals (2008-2010).

All I got is that my grandpa ran track with Billy Cannon.

Jermaine Gresham is probably the best on my list.

Played against Jamal Lewis in football and against Ryan Theriot in baseball.

Played with Jermaine Phillips (TB FS).

My brother played with Dexter Fowler (Rockies CF) and against Jeff Francouer.

There was a summer league game where they were trying to give Frenchy a free pass and he reached across the plate and put it over the fence.

Played against Eddie Kennison, actually put him out of the game and a week or 2 after i tackled him, sprained ankle. It was actually a play where i got destroyed. My first game, playing DL, on a pass play i got knocked back 5 yards. Kennison was running a short crossing route. I saw the pass dove at him and hit him low. Nothing great by me, got pushed back by the OL so far i was right there.
Kavika Pittman was the biggest idiot, thug i played against.

I used to go for runs with a guy who eventually made 3 Olympic 5000m run finals. He was also 2 time SEC athlete of the year. Alistair Cragg......he's not really famous outside of track & field though.

Not me, but one of my uncles used to tell us the story about playing Billy Sims when he was in high school back in the 70s. My uncle was a CB. 5'10 and about 155lbs soacking wet. He said he didn't have to tackle Sims by himself all game...and then it happened. Sims bounced a run outside and absolutely TRUCKED my uncle. Just ran him over. But somehow my uncle (he claims anyway) grabbed him by the shoelaces and made him trip. I always thought that was cool considering the career Sims had.

the fact that said you played AAU and went to school with Jon in highschool do not compute with me.
I have a hard time believing both of these to be true, so which one is false?

It was amazing. For him to be able to handle the ball they way he did at 6'9 wasjust wow. He was prety skinny back then. But the dude threw some passes that I had never even thought of before. The whole gym was like this.

Played against former US Nationsl Team soccer player Clint Mathis a couple times in club ball growing up. He used to play with the Atlanta Lightning. I used to mark him without much success.
