I first came to BR in 2008. 104.9 was an alt rock station then. Sometime during that school year it switched over to ESPN radio. I loved that alt rock station.

That’s the second time I’ve heard Condon on AFR. Moscona, Theriot, and Condon have great chemistry. That hour was funny as hell.

I’m not sure, but a friend was pulling in an extra $5-7K/mo being part of a local morning show. That ain’t a bad side hustle.

If you are 30 it is definitely the former - loved 1210 - hanny had an afternoon show at some point there too if I remember correctly

I guess Buddy is making a few bucks then. Good for him. I am not ragging on the man I just thought that if you were special sports talent on BR radio, that you would have been invited to the ESPN Baton Rouge stations. It’s like Buddy got left behind ...lol

Seeing Condon for the first time, I immediately thought he has to be Blake Dean's father. Spitting image, just older.

He used to have Condon on a lot and at first it was funny, but eventually it was just shouting matches between the two and I couldn't stand it anymore. I was glad when he stopped appearing on AFR.
