I feel like I see more and more teams go for it and it just doesnt work. Detroit has got burned on it so many times this year. Just take the points, keep it a one score game and trust your defense who has held strong since half. Seen enough of it as an LSU fan and enough of it watching the lions too, feels like they go for it more than the average NFL team and they have less success because of it.

Tampa Bay, New England, Jets were all lost as a direct result of special teams miscues. Seattle game was tied at halftime and then broken open when the Seahawks had a 100 yard kick return to open the second half.
