I mean literally Dobbs just walks up to the screen and narrator says "Joshua Dobbs is an Aerospace Engineer, that basically makes him a Rocket Scientist." I thought it was a Monday Night Football segment special on him, not a fricking Progressive commercial.

Then he picks up two wires that were like cut plugs and tries to squeeze them together. This is neither Aerospace Engineering or Rocket Science, it's electrical engineering.

Then they twist it to "Not everyone has backup, that's why we're here."

It was just completely unnecessary to mention he has an aerospace engineering degree, that he was basically a rocket scientist, and then show him struggling to connect two cords, then somehow make that leap to "not everyone has backup, but that's why we're here."

But mainly completely unneccesary to mention his degree or job. Someone struggling to do a task was very sufficient to follow it with "Not everyone has backup, that's why we're here." It was an obvious push for "Look how successful they can be." Almost insulting to a degree.

lol if you think getting into Harvard as a recruited athlete is a bigger accomplishment than earning an aerospace engineering degree from Tennessee
