I'm not sure any of the non-Nico Texans WRs out there are even replacement-level. Stroud hasn't been great but with this lot I can't imagine any scenario in which he would be. Losing Dell was brutal and they really needed to hit on an FA pick-up that wasn't glass (Kirk)

Texans have no receivers who can get separation in first 15 yards..just a bunch of medium twitch high top end guys. They honestly should try Marks in the slot and motion more often

Maybe the "your call is very important to us and a customer representative will be with you shortly" approach to fixing the offensive line wasn't the best off-season decision made by the Texans.
