I can’t blame anyone other than Taylor or Callahan. It’s baffling they’re this bad on offense with Higgins, Chase, Mixon, Boyd and Burrow

Refs in both college and NFL are just incompetent.
NFL needs to create a ref school and you must attend evey year. And if already having reffed your prior year calls are scrutinized.
Then during year your weekly games are scrutinized by a panel and if grade badly enough you are pulled and must go thru remedial amd miss at least 4 games.
Enough bad grades in a year and you are benched for a year.

Burrow kind of put the Bengals in a tough spot by getting them to the Super Bowl in year 2. He bought Zac Taylor a ton of good will. Taylor is a shite coach, but they are stuck with him as long as Burrow and the surrounding talent wills them to 9-10 wins a year.

That's the loophole, the offensive lineman are allowed to move their back leg straight back presnap. Lane Johnson just takes it to an entirely different level. SI did a whole story on it
